Monday 27th July

Wow, I can’t believe how different I feel!!! I’ve been looked after for the last few days by some lovely people at a place called the Vets. Some of the things they have done have made me a little sore especially when they were looking at my poorly skin but they started to give me some medicine which has made me feel better than I can remember in a really long time.

I’ve had to have lots of tests done but I think the nice lady in green said I was being a really good boy and they keep giving me yummy food which at first made me have a bit of a sore tummy but now I can’t stop eating.

A lady has been taking some photos of me today and a man turned up with a very big camera… I think she said I might be on the television; I’m not sure what that means but everyone in green seemed to be quite excited about it.

I hope that they keep giving me that lovely food, I’ll be back soon and hopefully I’ll be feeling even better!

Thursday 23rd July

Hi, I think my name is Rusty... well that’s what everyone seems to be calling to me at the moment. I’m a bit confused as I’ve found myself surrounded by lots of people wearing green who seem to be crying.

I’m really not feeling very well and I don’t really know what to do with myself… to be honest I’ve not been feeling very well for quite a long time and can’t remember the last time anyone said anything nice to me let alone gave me something to eat?

My skin feels very sore and my toe nails have curled under so much that it is very painful to walk, I think the people around me are saying they are going to help me feel better… I really hope so!!!
